Employee Volunteering Program

Employee Volunteering is an opportunity for employees at Merck Thailand to apply their talent, expertise, creativity and physical labor to benefit Thai society.

The program is fully supported by Merck Thailand in terms of time, budget and other resources. The program allows employees to propose and coordinate projects that interest them, and these can, but are not required, to be in conjunction with Merck’s partner, CARE/Raks Thai Foundation.

Besides adding value to Thai society, we see this program as an opportunity for employees to develop their leadership skills, gain insight into community issues and enhance both their working and personal life.
